What happens if I can not go and pick up on my scheduled day?

You can complete the attached form (CLICK HERE).  It has be to be signed by a parent and have a copy of an ID.  A drivers licence may be used  so that we can verify signatures. 

Can I pick my friends books?

The must have completed this form (CLICK HERE) and had their parents approval first.  Please read from for requirements. 

How about if I am going to change my schedule?

If you choose not to take a book because you will not need it, please notify a volunteer before the book is checked out.

Can I see my schedule?

You can see a list of classes that you will be taking; however, this list will not have your teacher or the order of your classes. Schedules will not be released until school begins. 

If I change my schedule how do I get the book for the new course?

First, turn in the book from your old class to Student Affairs. Then, show your schedule to Student Affairs and you will receive new books.

Where do I pay my obligations?

Obligations can be paid in cash in Student Affairs, or online at cypressbayhigh.com under the "Student Payments" link on the left side of the Home Page. 

What do I do if I have an obligation and I turned my book in already?

At the end of the last school year, every book was scanned twice. If somebody else has your book and returns it, your name/obligation will be cleared. 

Can I bring family members with me to distribution? 

In order to make the distribution process smoother and faster, we encourage you to limit the number of people you bring with you. 

Can I change my schedule at distribution?

Distribution volunteers can only view, not alter, a student's classes. 

Can I ask other school related questions during distribution?


Although we would love to answer your questions, we ask you to direct other school-related questions to Guidance and Student Affairs during school hours, in order to help us maintain a smooth and speedy process. 

My parents do not live in the same house.  Can I have two sets of books?

Unfortunately, we are only funded one set of books per student. However, there are online options, or you can order extra books from online vendors such as Amazon.
